Terms of service
Last updated: 2026. These terms set out the agreement between you and England Mail when you use our service. England Mail is operated by England Mail Ltd.
1. Acceptance
By creating an England Mail account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use England Mail.
2. The service
England Mail provides a web-based email inbox. We offer a free plan and optional paid plans. We may add, change or withdraw features over time as the service develops. England Mail is a new service and is offered as it is, without any promise of a specific level of availability.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity that happens under your account.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You must be old enough under the law of your country to enter into these terms.
- Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use England Mail to:
- send unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or abusive messages, or unsolicited bulk mail;
- infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights;
- distribute malware or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
Your messages are yours. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not read it to sell advertising. We handle your content only as described in our privacy policy, and to provide and protect the service.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep England Mail running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. From time to time we may need to carry out maintenance or make changes that interrupt the service.
7. Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; your paid features continue until the end of the period you have paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan. Prices may change, and we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.
8. Ending your use
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to England Mail.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, England Mail is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data to the extent that this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please keep your own copies of anything important.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continuing to use England Mail after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your home country requires otherwise.
